The App can help you stay aware of your activity, sleep, weight and other information specific to the wearables you are using with your program. Self-reporting can also be done on the Artemis Health RPM App if desired. You may also share this kind of information from Apples Health app, including the steps from your iPhone.
This App will not provide any diagnoses or treatment.
